Random Facts about me:
I have a son (the reason I quit my job as a photographer in 2003, couldn’t imagine not being home with the child I’d prayed to have for years!)
I have a husband – at the time of this writing we’ve been together for 16 years, married for 12.5. He’s the love of my life and I thank God for him daily!
My husband and I homeschool our boy – I was homeschooled pre-k through 12th grade, and can’t imagine doing anything else for The Boy.
When I’m not working, I have a variety of hobbies ranging from reading (usually 7-12 books a week) to knitting to tatting (that’s lace-making!) to embroidery to ham radio to well, lots of stuff. I like to stay busy!
I grew up in the Southern United States and now live in Southern Canada – quite a difference there – but I’ve survived and thrived even through the culture shock. I love my home…given my eclectic taste, it’s an odd mixture of way too many computers / assorted electronics and antiques and lace. But it’s comfortable, and that’s what counts!
The most important fact in my life is Who I follow – I’m a servant of Christ, on a journey to Grace. Everything I have and am is because of Him…

I’ve been doing web design from home full time for the last 5 years or so. I specialize in the WordPress platform – I’ve found it to be the best to help me achieve the goal of providing fast, user-friendly, SEO-ready, affordable sites for my clients. I’m a huge fan of StudioPress – enough so that I work for them full time! – and I use exclusively StudioPress themes for all of my clients who wish to begin their site with a template.
I’m self-taught, so I’m always learning new things and looking for new ways to put stuff together. I try to treat each of my clients as I’d want to be treated, and so far, it’s working out
